Whether you are a branch manager who notices your staff is not responding well to a recent merging, a university professor who is having difficulty addressing the needs of ESL students in your graduate classes, or a public sector worker who is frustrated by your collegue's seeming apathy and redundancy, the Extant Jesters offer you the necessary, tangible tools to navigate change and address and resolve difficult issues.
We offer a unique, custom-designed and interactive Forum Theatre style workshop. We write and present engaging scenarios to participants that demonstrate and highlight some of the crucial issues they face in the workplace on a day to day basis. We stress the complexities of these situations, shy away from placing blame, and focus rather on the ways in which improved communication can ameliorate these problems. Our Forum Theatre workshops are both relevant and transformative, and give participants the opportunity to step into the action with our actors and take on certain roles to gain greater insight and perspectives on the situation at hand.
Our workshops serve to entertain, provoke and empower participants on an individual and collective level and thus inspire long-term results and positive change.
